Family Business is the best
way to describe the RFH Company. If you are part of the family
you work for the business!
 |
Co-Owners Don
and Audrey Billmeyer started RFH Company in the summer of 1974
knowing that there was a market for the personalized touch. The
beginnings were meager, just two hand embroidery machines but
from the start all seven of the Billmeyer children have worked
at RFH, whether it be counting inventory, waiting on customers
or doing the actual sewing. |

In May of 2005 Co-Owner
Don Billmeyer passed away and shortly thereafter, Audrey reunited
with her husband. The business remains on Rockland Road in Norwalk
where daughter Pam Falcone has assumed the helm, joined by other
family members and trusted longtime staff.
In tribute to their parents, the Audrey and Donald Billmeyer
Memorial was established to benefit the fine facilities that
served their parents so well while battling their illnesses.
Each year, both a wine tasting and golf tournament are held in
their honor with proceeds going to the Whittingham Center of
Norwalk Hospital and the Yale-New Haven Hospital Discovery to
Cure Program.
